Draft at Farmers' Cabinet in Philadelphia, PA.

Pours a hazy pale golden yellow color with a half finger white head that quickly disappears.  No lacing.

Funky, musty aroma with lots of earthy funk, cheese and sourdough bread.  Bready yeast with some lemon citrus but mostly earthy, sweaty funk.

Tart, puckering medium body with lots of musty lactic funk.  Hints of sourdough bread, subtle lemon acidity and funky lactic cheese.  Lingering acetic vinegar in the finish.

First had: on tap at Teresa's, Wayne, PA

During Philly Beer Week 2012, beers like this and the Funky Buddha BW series opened my eyes to how diverse the style can really be. Keep On Cruising was served in a tulip glass, an impenetrably hazy pale yellow color, comparable to yellow grapefruit juice; no head at all, not even a few stray bubbles. Aroma was crisp and tart with big grapefruit notes that would transfer over into the taste, with a wave of puckering tartness, backed by a bit of sweet biscuity malts. Tasty, drying, light-medium body, just a little watery, easily drinkable though, especially for people who like sours, or just bws in general.

Had on tap at Novare Res. Stated to be a collaboration with Hill Farmstead

Golden , straw yellow and a white head that dissipate quickly

The aroma is tart Apples with hints of hops in the back but the fruitiness takes over fresh

The taste matches the aroma fruity sour apples at first but as the carbonation dissipates the wheat is revealed with hops in the back

On tap poured into a wine glass.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with no head or foam at all. Nose is super tart and acidic, a bit earthy as well.

Taste is crazy sour and tart, think sour candy but less sweet. Super dry finish with a big tangy mouth-tingling finish. A nice earthy almost dirt flavor as well, can't put my finger on it. Super tasty though.
