This isn’t lambic, but it’s very close in attaining the subtle balance of funk, acidity, and lightness on the tongue that a good traditional lambics have.

I got this very tasty brew at The Phoenix in LA. Yes, that place re-opened at a new location (kinda like an actual phoenix). Rich, with a noticeable but extremely palatable sourness and slight funk. I really like this-- quite possibly my favorite sour (but truth be told I'm only just getting into the style). It's my first from Craftsman and now I know to keep an eye out for them wherever they are!
