Poured on tap a chill-hazed reddish amber under a half-inch thick off-white head which fades to the rim and leaves spotty lace. Aroma is acetic/vinegar, oak tannins, vinous red and fruity. Flavors are vinous, tannic, stone fruit pits with a slight jammy note. Semi-moderate body and carbonation. Prickly mildly tart finish. Nice palate cleanser.
