On-tap at Beachwood II,
A: Pours a translucent yellow-orange with a small white head, light lace.
S: Tangerines and popcorn, some diacetyl, but still interesting.
T: Some diacetyl flavour, buttery, lots of lemon as well with only a hint of honey compared to the Spring Braggot.
M: Medium-bodied, chewy, low-medium acid.
O: I think (I could be wrong) that they are trying to recreate the accidental sour Spring Braggot from last year. That beer was phenomenal, A+ all the way with an impeccable balance. This is nowhere near as good. It's solid, nice enough, but with the memory of last year in my mind I knew the potential, and it was not reached.
