On tap at Congregation Ale House in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a clear yellow with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and some grassy aromas. Taste is much the same with grassy flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

On tap at Local Habit in San Diego. My first thought was "this is what beer should taste like." It has that rich yet crisp flavor, enough hops for a big aromatic flavor, but steers away from the serious bitterness.
Malty and full-bodied with a winey touch. Slightly sweet at first sip, but nothing whatever is flabby about this brew. Light amber color. The only criticism is that it could be sudsier and better carbonated for a lager style. Still, it's a flavorful, interesting, and indefinable style of beer. Delightfully drinkable and reminds me of the tasty lager offerings of the Full Sail LTD series.
