On tap at Connie & Ted's, the hot and trendy new seafood/crab shack in Los Angeles (with a pretty good beer list, by the way). This one supposedly have a very small and limited production according to the beverage director.
Pours a hazy medium orange with a decent white head that sticks around for a bit only to fade and not return. Some what bubbles left around the edges. Decent looking.
Nose is delightful fresh pear and white peaches with a hint of stone fruit.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. It is very bright and fresh. This beer is wonderfully balanced with a light sour character and a light bitter hop character, both in perfect harmony.
Flavors are modest sour green apricot and light sour apple tones. Fresh and somewhat citrusy in the mouth; very drinkable. A hint of white pepper.
Finish follows flavor profile. Nice effort and very drinkable.
