Served on draught into a generic pint glass at Elk Mountain. Reviewed from notes taken earlier tonight.
A: Pours a 1.5 finger head of lovely cream lacing, great thickness, and good retention. Clear copper colour.
Sm: Nuts, amber hops, and cream. Mild strength.
T: Cream, caramelized malt, slight nuts, sweetness on the open, and a light barley foundation. If the amber hops are there, they're buried. Decently built and balanced. Light raspberry comes through on the finish. Nuts for the first half.
Mf: Smooth and wet. Complements the flavours, but isn't tailored to them.
Dr: Very drinkable, decently priced by Colorado standards, and fair quality.
