Long live the King. King Sue that is. Her ferocious bite will make sure all newcomers learn to toe the line. And what better way to exude her influence than with this Citra-hopped double IPA. Followers will cheer. Enemies will crumble. But don’t take her lightly, because when this double IPA is on a rampage, nothing will stand in her way…

Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, with some very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, nectarine, cataloupe, papaya, melon), with a very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, nectarine, cataloupe, papaya, melon), with a very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

Appearance: Extremely hazy with a medium golden body and a nice thick off white head that hangs around for a while coupled with some medium lacing.
Aroma: Grapefruit, lemon zest and a mixed set of tropical fruit, very refreshing smell.
Taste: The taste follows the aroma down to a T, fun and energizing on the tongue and just a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, this is a great example of the style.
Mouthfeel: Bright and crisp, very refreshing and tons of carbonation that just dances on your tongue.
Overall: If i was stuck in hell, I would hope this would the IPA served there, its is a fun and great tasting IPA.

On tap at Belmont Station today.
The beer pours the expected, opaque, hazy yellow orange color with good head retention and lacing. On the nose, there is considerable tropical fruit and orange citrus. This really smells like a fruit bomb, and in fact it is. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, with minimal bitterness on the finish. However, there's no astringency on the finish, and there's no doubt this is an above average hazy ipa. Mouthfeel is fairly full, with a long, fruit driven finish. Alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile, though you can tell it's up there a bit.
Not a big hazy fan, but this is pretty impressive. This is quite good.

Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Not sure I’m interpreting the date stamp right, but I think it was canned 1/31/26 — so, pretty fresh!
Appearance: rich golden-orange hue with a ton of haze and a thick head of beautiful ivory foam atop. Looks like it means business!
Smell: sweet malt with absolutely tons of mango and guava and pineapple; just the kind of tropical hop bomb that is my jam. Juicy and excellent!
Taste: richer, deeper, and earthier than the aroma. Juicy guava and passionfruit, along with a general dankness. There’s some mighty hop burn on this one, but you know, it all part of the experience of a great tropical hazy.
Mouthfeel: thick body with a good carbonation and a lovely creaminess.
Overall: a really solid hazy. Man, this thing has some bite to it, but still very delicious indeed.

Exceptionally well balanced, aromatic & flavorful 2x ipa that's incredibly smooth for 100ibus & 7.8%! Great citrusy, tropical taste w/no bitterness & dangerously quaffable indeed!

Pours a hazy golden yellow with one finger of whitish foam with long lasting lacing from a sixteen ounce can into a nonic pint glass. Aroma of orange slices and yeast followed by flavor of citrus and evident ethanol.

Pours a vibrant, hazy, juicy-looking orange that is just a shade or so darker than OJ. The nose is predominately magno with notes of guava, tangerine, and cream. The taste is very mango-forward followed by citrus, herbs, and butter. Really smooth velvety mouthfeel that I'm enjoying - biggest drawback is that the ABV does come through a bit. Another legend that is good by not quite living up to the hype for me.

The citrusy aroma and taste are the real deal, living up to the hype. Same can be said about the hoppiness; this felt like a legit 100 IBU experience (which isn’t my jam). Regardless, this was a really pleasant hazy IPA experience, complete with nice mouthfeel.

Pours the usual, maybe not quite so opaque as a lot of the IPAs I've been having.
Smell is pretty standard citra, still potent enough.
Taste is the same
Feel is a tad too fizzy, but still had some body.
