16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom date stamp is 'PKG 03/18/2026', about eight weeks in the can.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of milky white head with the pour and this recedes to a thin cap and attached wall foam. Leaves behind lacing splotches on the glass, mostly on the non-drinking side.
Aroma is very apparent as soon the can is cracked and the beer poured in the glass. Smells of orange, pineapple, cat piss on pine needles, a little mango, and a hint of mint.
Taste is sweet for most of the profile but the last bit introduces some vegetal bitterness. Flavors of orange and pineapple are primary, but also tropical mango. Again with the pine needles and mint as in the nose. Aftertaste reduces the sweetness and goes more herbal.
More than medium mouthfeel. Generates a sting when held on the tongue. Coats the mouth with each sip. Evidence of higher ABV% is missing, but warming in the stomach. Very good carbonation.
Fulfills the description of "will smash into your taste buds". Very hop expressive.

2-month-old can poured into a tulip.
Gorgeous orange-gold liquid with full, deep haze but no off-putting murk. Wonderful initial head of bright white soapy foam. Great lacing and a nice latte foam cap. Just a few swirls of the glass brings back a full finger of scoopable head. Absolute beaut.
Wonderfully dank, weedy, and citrusy up front. Really a near-perfect balance of dank and sweet/fruity. Quite tropical (mango, guava, pineapple) but I love that it leads with juicy orange and sugared pink grapefruit. Awesome nose.
Taste follows but is a definitive step down from the nose. (Nose is somewhere between 4.25 and 4.5, taste between 4.0 and 4.25). Not as sweet as I was expecting, but the dankness is dialed down too and there's pleasant bitterness but nothing in your face. Delightful sipper, but the taste profile isn't on par with King Sue or the like.
Soft and velvety feel with a lovely coating quality that make the best flavor notes linger. Zero stickiness or chewiness.

16FL. OZ can
Served in a stemless wine
This beer pours yellow and is turbid. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves nice lacing.
Citrus with hints of melon.
Grapefruit with honeydew melon flavors
Full bodied with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel
I am a fan of this beer.

Pours a light orange gold that looks like mixed fruit juice with a nice two fingers of head with some lacing. Smells pretty standard for this type of beer, citrus, herbal hops, and rocket fuel. The taste is very nice, somewhat similar to its King Sue cousin with a menagerie of tropical flavors, bitter hops, and a sturdy malt. Very balanced, it really is fruit juice with alcohol. These guys don’t know how to make a bad beer

(review from January 2019) Exceptionally well balanced, aromatic & flavorful 2x ipa that's incredibly smooth for 100ibus&7.8%!Great citrusy, orangey & pineappley tropical taste & finish. Akin to King Sue as far as zero bitterness & so smooooth & astonishingly fast disappearing!

Compared to Toppling Goliath Fire, Skulls, & Money 4/26: Pours lighter, similar head. Stronger aromas. Less floral zest, white grape. More tropical berries, mango, juicy orange.

to Mortalis Ceres 5/26: Pours lighter. Less tropical peach, mango. More floral citrus, berries. Winner: Toppling Goliath
to Toppling Goliath Pseudo Alien 5/26: Pours identical, similar aromas and flavors. Slightly less tropical lime, berries. More floral citrus. Nearly identical.
Overall: The new Toppling Goliath release Supa' Sue-Mo. Citra and Mosaic. Big orange, tropical melon, berries, mango. The Citra and Mosaic hops each add so much complexity it has more flavors than a lot of IPAs out there. Robust flavors. Juicy, tropical and sweet. Hides the Hop burn well which Toppling Goliath has perfected. Think King Sue meets Mosaic Mamba and that's Supa' Sue-Mo. (Rating: 4.17)
