The ambitious quantity of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe Hops gives this IPA ripe peach, pineapple, orange, and citrus zest flavors. Much like our kettles, this beer is bursting with flavor.

Poured from 22 oz bottle into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a clear lemon yellow hue with 1 inch bubbly white head with good retention.
S: Peach, tangerine, grapefruit, pine, orange, and pineapple notes. Loads of fresh fruity hops!
T: Peach and pineapple hit first quickly followed by tangerine, key lime, and orange and lemon zest. As this warms, pine notes star to dominate.
M: Light-medium body. Citrus and stone fruit sweetness. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: Wonderful fresh fruit hops. Wish there was a bit more body or malt balance. Also wish the pine note didn’t take over.

Light Diacetyl ruined an otherwise solid beer.

A - Slightly hazy orange body, minimal white head in the pour, very fine lacing.
S - Huge mango nose, peach, and more wild hop notes.
T - Big fruit open, peach and mango flesh, a smidge of pine, and a mild bitter close.
M - Slightly sticky, some chewy resin and dryness in the close.
O - Huge fruit is paired with a much more restrained bitter tail. Lovely.

On tap at the brewery.
Clear golden color. White head with lace.
Fruity and tropical, but not very juicy. Earthy, floral, and piney. Some resin and bitterness.
Solid dipa, but I prefer their hazy and juicy ones.
