An unfiltered Kellerbier, with flavors of sweet, bready pilsner malt, spicy and floral hops, and a refreshingly crisp finish.

Such a nice pils, hopefully this gets canned! I enjoyed the growler that I picked up, wishing I had grabbed a large growler not a 32oz!

On Tap. Pours a mostly clear golden yellow color with a good white head and lacing.Smell was grassy with biscuit and caramel malt. Taste was herbal grassy notes with floral hops baked bread and pale malts. A crisp nicely carved Pils. Quenchable and drinkable.

16oz tap from TG trailer at Sea Salt Eatery, MPLS, MN
L: Pours a slightly hazed light caramel amber with a soft, creamy 1" white head. Good retention. Soft carbonation and medium lacing with some banding.
S: Flowers, bread crust, lightly spicy hops, malts/grains.
T: Caramel, sweet bread, nutty, light bitterness. Malty overall.
F: Mouthfeel is luxurious, plush and moderately crisp and is medium to medium-full bodied. It has a medium-long slightly sweet finish and is moderately creamy.
O: An excellent Kellerbier with a natural floral taste that is soft, flavorful and a touch heavier than a traditional German Pils. It is extremely satisfying.
