A - Pours out a deep golden color, tilting toward orange, transparent, with a fat dense off-white head, fading to a thin cap. Lacing is extensive, with larger bubble and fat ropes hanging from the glass.
S - Pine and tropical funk out front, pith and citrus beneath, and a lot of dankness permeating it all.
T - Follows the nose, with a front of sweet tropicality, grassy dank hop notes coming through in the middle, and a pithy bitter bite in the finish.
M - Decent carbonation and solid weight, a bit of resin on the tongue, but a dry scrubbing and alcohol warmth in the close leaves the tongue ready for more. Quite dangerously drinkable.
O - I was somewhat cold on this beer at the start, but a couple drinks and I warmed to it. Well-built DIPA, with West Coast flourishes. A somewhat retro experience in this day and age.

Pours cloudy orange/amber with a thick white head. Spotty lacing. Aroma is a faint mix of fruit, tropical and citrus, some dankness. Flavor is bolder than the aroma but follows the nose. Lots of sweet fruit up front, a bit of dank hops in the finish. Feel is medium bodied with ample carbonation. Overall, another fine beer from these folks.

Project Hopfisch porus a darker orangeish color, with a more giant, long-lasting head. The aroma is a hint of dank and melon. The flavor is just a tad light, melon notes. Good body and feel—Overal, a little lighter for TG, and a bit drier with the melon notes.

22oz bottle
Slightly hazy orangish. Smells of pine and flowers and slight weed and TONS of grass. The overwhelming impression is summer grass covered in dew. Taste follows along with some tobacco in there... There is also pine and SOME tropical fruits, but it doesn't dominate.. maybe my bottle is old. Super resin, stickily sweet and sour

On tap, pours a hazy light orange. Nice, dense white head of foam. Smell and taste show citrus, tropical fruits and some resinous pine. Really nice beer.
