Poured from a can stamped "BEST BY 01/08/22" to a Nonic at fridge temp.
The body is super hazy apricot color. The head is puffy with mulit-sized bubles, alot of glass cling and pure white. Head lasts a good 10 minutes and never goes away completely. I would say lacing is present, but not spectacular.
The aroma is a big smack in the olphactory of hops with a background of rind. I've had a lot of meh aroma beers lately, this one makes up for quite a few of those.
Taste is a wallop also, the Nelson is standing in front, citrus pith in the middle, and a pretty dry after glow once another sip is required.
Mouth feel is medum to creamy but a healthy, not over the top carbonation cleans it up nicely.
I really enjoyed this beer, especially the aroma.

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped PKG09/10/21 BEST BY01/08/22'.
Hazy, darker straw colored body. Two fingers of white head upon pouring. Leaves trails of lacing.
Aroma is citrus hops of orange, grapefruit, and pineapple. Slight spice note, and dank.
Taste is hop citrus juice, with orange, grapefruit, and pineapple, along with some melon. Slight harsh bite of dankness. Dank and citrus continue into the aftertaste.
Soft, thicker mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Has a hop bite of dankness but not really bitter. Citrus juice and rind rule. Overall, this is not really sweet but has a soft body with a dank bite.

Every IPA I've had from Toppling Goliath has been excellent. Nice cloudy orange color with a 2-3 finger thick head that faded very slowly and left excellent foamy lacing coating the sides. The nose was full of citrus and the flavor was dank with the usual lineup of citrus like tangerine, orange peel, grapefruit, orange juice, honeydew melon and lemon, plus additional fruit like guava, pineapple and mango. Light caramel and some bread or biscuit in the finish, which was smooth with a mild bitterness. The ABV was masterfully hidden and I drank a few of these and they went down so easy that I may go get more. A really impressive and tasty DIPA.

16 oz can.

Pours an opaque orange gold color with 2 fingers of frothy off-white head. The head's got moderate retention. Leaves a few random dots of lacing.

The aroma has some peppery spice, as well as some grape skin, grapefruit, fresh pineapple and passion fruit. Lightly dank throughout.

Strong pineapple and melon up front, followed by some grapefruit and tangerines. There's a bit of mango in there, as well as some passion fruit, stone fruit and white grapes. Finishes bitter and earthy.

The feel is medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and creamy with a lingering bitterness.

Overall, a very good NEIPA. The aroma is a bit underwhelming but the flavor explodes with fruity hop goodness. Nicely balanced and quite drinkable.

Flying Seahorses pours a hazy, cloudy orange, with a nice sized head. Aroma is a little dank, some tropical fruit, and a hint of earth. Flavor is more bitter, lots of floral hop flavors, a hint of tropical fruit to mix in. Good body and feel. Overall, this is a more bitter NEIPA, more "traditional."

A: super hazy burnt orange color with no head. Looks like orange juice

S: oranges, pineapple, mango, white grapes, earthy dank. Vanilla, tangerines, clementines, grapefruit

T: earthy dankness upfront. Mango and pineapple. Grapefruit, peach, creamsicle ice cream

M: fluffy medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation

O: well made beer, but a bit to herbal for me. Raw citrus and some burning happening

Hazy opaque gold color with a white foam head. Notes of huge grapes, gooseberries, passionfruit, mango, peach, pineapple, apricot, melon, kiwi, subtle berry, orange citrus, lime, grapefruit, lemon peel, a hint of spice, with floral dank earthy herbal grassy pine. Feels medium bodied with smooth carbonation. Overall a nice DIPA with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise hops.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Long Ridge Wine & Spirits for about twenty dollars. My twenty first brew from these guys. This is pretty good, not outstanding.
