Fresh Batch Series - Cinnamon Roll pours a thick black, with a small, lacing tan head. Aroma is filled with a vanilla frosting note. Flavor is sweet, quite sweet, lots of cinnamon, and a lot of frosting flavors. Good body and feel. Overall, a great pastry stout, sweet, but not the sweets, some nice flavors, that mix well with this one.

Pours a large foamy creamy dense 1.5 finger brown head with great retention, soapy lacing, thick black color
Nose is weird, there like a stale bread cardboard wet wood thing that's really weird, big cinnamon behind that, stale old cinnamon, and some other weird spices, brown sugar, vanilla icing, that's it
Taste super sweet, rich syrupy sweet sugar, brown sugar, frosting, icing, cinnamon, I really do feel like they just blending frosting, more of that stale bread and stale spices, wet cardboard, bitter spicy hop,
Mouth is very thick syrupy chewy, med lighter carb
Overall awful! Literally undrinkable, by far the worst toppling Goliath beer I've ever had, this is horrible

Pours black with a finger of caramel colored foam. Legs on the glass reveal an oily, heavy liquid. Aroma is cinnamon & nutmeg with sticky candy sugar behind. It's cloyingly sweet, much sweeter than a homemade cinnamon roll. Flavor profile is cinnamon, candy sugar, bread yeast, nutmeg, thick icing, dark fruits, and lactose. It's super sweet, to the point of detriment. A real cinnamon roll has more balance than this. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a sticky, bold, and neppy texture. Overall, it's like swishing an overseasoned, over-iced cinnamon bun in your mouth every sip. It certainly hits the notes on the can, but disregards drinkability or balance to do so. The intent is to be a dessert beer, but a cinnamon roll served as sweet as this would not be desirable.

This was my first time to get to try a TG stout and wow was it terrible. I tried to choke down two sips and it was undrinkable. Sugarbomb with no balance. Why would they release this?

A: Pours a jet black with a finger of light coffee brown foam.
S: Overall a bit underwhelming… a whole nose of cinnamon with some subtle notes maple, bourbon, chocolate, oatmeal, and vanilla.
T: Definition of a pastry stout… Loads of sweet cinnamon on the front end, with some vanilla, maple and maybe a hint of bourbon. Lack of any balance, just uber sweet and really tough to drink.
F: Definitely the highlight of the beer, thick, full, and smooth. Perhaps a slight alcohol warmness, but the sweetness mostly drowns this out.
Overall: It’s a sugar bomb, hard to drink, and expensive. If you and a friend or two want to go in on a can because you love sugary pastry stouts, be my guest; but this too much for me and I wouldn’t buy it again.

Can. Tan head. Thick and fudgy black color.
Pastry stout. Cinnamon and vanilla. Chocolate. Thick and rich. Tasty, but 5-6 oz is enough. Enjoyable.

Big blast of cinnamon roll flavor, but there is no balance, leaving it nearly undrinkable. I like me a dessert stout, but this is like drinking a tall glass of ecig juice - not good. Had this back-to-back with their S'mores stout and I think I now have type-2 diabetes

Pours dark black, with a modest head of foam. Aroma is of freshly baking cinnamon rolls baking in the oven -- cinnamon, ooey gooey sugary sweetness. Taste is the beer version of the Phil Spectre Wall of Sound; big, swirly notes of cinnamon, sugar and vanilla goodness. Goodness that comes in a brew! Do not miss this one.
