Cosmic Archer pours a hazy yellow with a big, long-lasting head. The aroma is a little weaker, but notes of melon. The flavor is very refreshing, with lots of summer-like melon notes. Good feel. Overall, a very approachable IPA with lots of melon flavors.

Embarking on my Cosmic Archer journey, I carefully pour the brew into a Vagabond Brewing Glass, a cherished relic from a now-closed brewery. The result is a captivating sight-a frothy and creamy two-fingered off-white head with exceptional retention. As this head gradually dissipates, it leaves behind delicate lacing on the glass, a testament to the beer's craftsmanship. The hazy orange with straw yellow hues, a solid six on the color charts, is a sight to behold. Its hazy, yeast-filled appearance only adds to its allure. The appearance of this style is truly above average.
The beer's initial aromas are a burst of fruit: juicy, ripe pineapple, succulent peaches, zesty oranges, and a bit of mango. Nosing the glass again, I notice biscuits, lightly toasted malts, floral esters, melons, and dry white wine—an exciting combination of hops that works. A slight dankness creeps up on the end as I nosed the glass several times, promising a complex and intriguing taste.
I am quickly becoming a fan of Nelson hops; I love the danky, white pepper, bitter berries, and white wine qualities showcased here. The Mosaic and Citra anchor the rest of the hops with tangerines, melons, mangos, floral blossoms, resin, grassy peaches, and papaya. I was delighted to see the hop combinations did not clash but created a wonderful harmony. The lightly toasted malts have some bready and cracker quality. The alcohol is not noticeable, yet the yeast adds earthiness to the beer.
The mouthfeel is slightly astringent, finishing dry and crisp. The body is medium and has medium carbonation.
Like the last beer I drank from Toppling, this one also displayed the brewer's craftsmanship and ability to mesh hop combinations deftly. I enjoyed this beer on a lovely summer evening in Idaho.

Excellent juicy DIPA with heavy flavors of peach, melon, and pineapple without overtly tropical vibes. Love how TG get's some dry dankness in their hazies. Another great offering from Toppling Goliath

Pours hazy/cloudy bright yellow with a thick white head that leaves decent lacing as it falls away. Aroma is bright citrus. Flavor follows the nose, a sweet mix of tropical and citrus fruits with only a slight touch of bitterness. Feel is medium bodied, smooth with low carbonation. Overall, a very nice beer.
