Hazy orange pour crowned with a medium-sized, fluffy white head. The aroma pops with tropical and stone fruits layered over malt and a touch of dank, resinous hops. It opens moderately sweet before balancing hoppy bitterness pulls everything together. Well-made.

Mosaic Mamba from Toppling Goliath Brewing. 16 fl oz can from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. Picked up 10/01/26, in reefer at distributor. $ 4 (including tax) ($ 0.250/fl oz). Reviewed 12/01/26, review 3669. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Stamped on bottom of can “PKG 09/30/2025”. Stored at home at 40 degrees F. Served at 43.7 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature is 51.6 degrees F.
Appearance – 4.
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), hazy (Unfiltered).
Body – Pale Gold (SRM 4), opaque. Under direct light, straw and opaque. When rear-lite, the entire body glows yellow.
Head – Average (Maximum 3.5 cm, aggressive center pour) Ivory, high density with average retention, ending with an irregular 0.4 – 0.9 cm crown and a rocky partial cap. Multiple islands of bubbles remain on the glass as the head collapses.
Lacing – Good. Irregular band of medium bubbles, with bizarre stalagmites and columns connecting to the remaining crown. See also above.
Aroma – 4 – Pine and earth – none of the expected tropical fruity aromas. As it warms, the pine and earth recede and some nondescript fruity aromas appear. No alcohol (8.5 % ABV as marked on the label).
Flavor – 4.25 – The flavor is completely different than the nose initially suggested – light and hinting at generic tropical fruits, neither pine nor earthiness, no alcohol. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. Faint, barely noticeable, gastric warming.
Palate – 3.75 – Medium: Almost Creamy: Soft carbonation.
Style: Sort of follows the BA style description.
Final impression and summation: 4 Uncredited label art. Decent double IPA. I was expecting more tropical fruitiness, particularly mango, but xin loi.

Canned 9/30/25. Drank 11/9/25
Pour is an opaque light copper with a 2 finger cap of mostly large-bubble foam. Good lacing and retention.
Nose is peach, orange, dank, berries
Taste follows. Peach, berries, a bit dank, bready sweet malt backbone
Overall, a tasty IPA, but would prefer more bitterness

Pours a very hazy pineapple color with a creamy white head that coats the glass with a blanket of lacing. Gorgeous NEDIPA.
The nose is loaded with mango, peach, pineapple, and ripe berry notes, and the taste lands there as well, with a little bit of sweet oats. Absolutely delicious.
The mouthfeel is full and creamy, perfect for this world class (IMHO) hazy.

Pours hazy bright yellow with a thick white head. Good retention, great lacing. Aroma is bold tropical fruits with some citrus. Flavor follows the nose, sweet pineapple, melons and citrus, sweet with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. Feel is medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall, another very nice beer from these folks.
