This year’s Reserve Society blend is composed of rye and bourbon casks aged for 2.5-3.5 years. Aged on heaps of chocolate and an assortment of vanilla beans, then finished with a light dusting of cinnamon.

Tap at the 2026 de Garde anniversary event. Colour is onyx with only a little thin head. Nose is like dark chocolate pudding and pudding cake topped with cocoa powder. Palate is thick but not overtly cloying. The mid palate offers chocolate ganache and a slight hint of dryness. The finish is long and has a hit of booze and notes of walnuts. Delectable!
