The beer pours a slightly hazy pale golden yellow in color. There is a half inch of pure white head that leaves light sticky lacing down the glass.
The aroma is golden grain, lightly toasted french bread, and a light yeastiness that includes an estery hint of banana.
The taste follows the aromas directly, giving a light lemony citrus tart note on the finish.
It has a fine champagne-like carbonation and drinks refreshing. This makes a great summer drinker and would be great with a wedge of lemon. It is slightly watery in the mouth at times, but otherwise is quite good.
I have quite frankly been disappointed with the Angry Cedar beers I have tried to date, but this one is a winner.

Served from a quite reasonably priced 1-liter swigtop bottle. The label's got lots of stuff written on it but none of it explicitly mentions what style this is supposed to be, exactly. It looks and smells like a wit, so that's what I classified it as.
As far as wits go, it's pretty boilerplate. Pours pale white with a decent amount of haze and a pretty little head. Smells of white pepper and a tiny bit of yeasty spicy.
The smallness of the aroma's yeast is reflected in the flavor, where things are overall just a bit too watery. For my money, a wit is best when it's got some badass spice complexities or else there's a bit of alcoholness to it. This just kind of hangs there. There's lots of pepper, a little bit of chewy wheat malt, and then a watery finish.
Really, not bad. It's nice to have a lighter beer around the house, especially as it gets warmer outside. But, still, it ain't exactly good.
