From 02/08/14 notes. Brought back from Cancun for me by my girlfriend's parents. 375-ish ml bottle into a pint glass.
a - Pours a dark reddish color with one inch off off white head and moderate carbonation evident.
s - Smells of fruity malts, roasted malts, toasted malts, and light citrus hops. Pretty nice nose, decent amount of fruit.
t - Tastes of fruity malts, citrus hops, pine hops, toasted malts, and bread. Little hoppier than the nose, nice.
m - Medium body and low to moderate carbonation. Easy to drink.
o - Overall a pretty solid red ale, and easily the best beer I've had from Mexico. Worth checking out if you are down there; I'd drink it all the time if I saw it when I was in Cancun.

A: Very nice orange color, not completely translucid kind of cloudy but not with sediments.
S: A fruity aroma citrus style maybe of mango
T: Good mild flavor not very defined, bittersweet.
M: Very pleasant at the beginning but then some alcohol breaks into the mouth and a medium lasting hop-fruit ending.
Good for trying something different.

A: Dark reddish hue, medium body. Head very small beige-tinged, slightly creamy with slow dissipation, remains a small layer on top of the beer. Constant carbonation.
S: Aroma sweet touches, caramel and mostly light in perception of honey.
T: Taste formidable, a very faint sweet start. Extremely refreshing. With extended ending where its perceived sweet notes with faint toast, leaves a sticky feeling and int the very end a touch of bitterness that asks you to take another drink, seems like you could drink endlessly.
