A: The beer is clear orange amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that quickly died down, leaving only a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sweet toffee are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is a little sweet and has notes of toffee and hints of caramel and yeast in the flavors. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and is rather flat with a low amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has some nice malty flavors but definitely seems like it could use more in the way of bitterness and carbonation.

Out of a bottle this beer was a clear, dark golden color with one finger of white head. The retention was not much to speak of and the lacing scant. The aroma was of booze, grains, herbal hops and a little stale bread. The flavors were mostly of corn, grains, caramel malt, herbal hops and generic booze. The herbal/green notes didn’t seem to agree with the sweet malty notes. The mouthfeel was a bit frothy, the body medium/light and the carbonation medium/high.

500 ml bottle, date on back label of 12.11.10. I'm not sure if it's a best by or a bottled on date. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear dark gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is bready and sweet malt, along with some corn. Doesn't smell bad, but it doesn't smell good, either. Taste is pretty much all grainy malt, along with a bit of bittering hops. Not bad, but not good either. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and is well carbonated. For the style, it's not a bad brew. It's not something I would drink very often, but if you can find a single bottle it's worth trying. If I remember correctly, I think this was pretty cheap to buy.

A grainy-sweet lager with more body, weight, and overall heaft than cleaner and crisper German lagers.
The beer pours a solid golden color with a modest haze. Steady streams of carbonation fuel a fluffy albeit short-lived head. Low on lace, the beer has good color but tough on foam character.
Very grainy aromas carry a heavy vegitable character of corn and barley teas. Herbal with freshly cut grasses, light tobacco, and a leafy hop character. Slightly buttery and bready, the beer's aroma is a bit unsettled.
Flavors confirm more of what the beer contributes: high grain sweetness with elements of corn and grass. Mild buttery taste and yeasty breads dictate the session. The moderate maltiness struggles to give the well-rounded creamy malt taste and crisp finish that is usually associated from the style.
Heavy with unresolved malt sweetness, slickness, and a somewhat oily undertow. Light creaminess early fades quickly and never allows for dryness in finish.
Hightly unattenuated, and with yeast problems throughout, the beer's dms, diacetyl, and recipe formulation all seem at fault. Though not undrinkable, the beer needs an overhaul. Very similar to many malt liquors.

Pours a golden amber with a good amount of head. Looks very pretty. 4.0
Smells like a crappy adjunct lager. Not really a whole lot going on here. Some caramel off the malts and very sweet. 2.0
Tastes sweet with maybe a touch of hops. Lots of caramel malts but dry despite the sweetness. Better than it smells but not great. 2.5
Mouthfeel: the dryness hurts the mouthfeel a lot. Overall its not bad but definitely not great. 2.5 2.5
