Bottle: Poured a dark hazy brown color ale with a generous head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry raisin and candy with light fruity ester is quite enticing. Taste is a nice mix between some dry raisins with nice candy notes and balanced residual sugar with light fruity ester. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed and quite enjoyable even if there is still a margin between this and Rocherfort.

This beer was brewed in commemoration of RateBeer user Henrik Papsoe's 15,000th rating. 300 bottles were produced.
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Bottle No. 92 and bottled May 2010. The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma is cherries, alcohol and toffee. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of sweet malt and sweet cherries, as well as some caramel, toffee and candy sugar. The alcohol is also quite present, but the beer is still easy to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
