Thanks to the special recipe of our chief brewer Mikhail Ershov this non-alcoholic beer is almost impossible to distinguish from the classical alcoholic one. Its taste has delicate bitterness and light malty sweetness. The aroma has subtle hoppy tones. To brew this beer, we used light and caramel malt, 8 varieties of hops (Tettnanger, Tradition, Hersbrucker, Golding, Jaryllo, Mandarina Bavaria, Cascade, Citra) and fermentation stop method.
