On tap at the brew pub, served in a pint glass.
Appearance is a maple brown color and cloudy. There is a frothy white head with a lot of resilience.
Smell is a strong sweet lemon blossom and candy aroma.
Taste is very much in keeping with the English style. IPA. A sweet caramel malt flavor dominates with a mild bitter toffee flavor on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium to full-bodied.
A very drinkable and well made English style IPA. Excellent.
