I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Naked City Taphouse in Seattle.

Appearance: light silvery-golden hue with a light effervescence and a one finger cap of creamy white foam. Good.

Smell: very fine clove and coriander aroma. Great spicing with a perfectly refreshing wheatiness.

Taste: light and smooth wheaty malt with a warm and enticing spiciness. One of the better American witbiers I've had.

Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a well integrated carbonation ad very nice creaminess. I like it quite a bit.

Overall: very tasty and highly drinkable wit. Awesome.

Multiple 4oz samples at the recent Belgianfest in Seattle. Poured a cloudy yellow, not white like most of the style (actually it looked more like a Golden Ale than a Wit) with some fluffy white head that had low retention and lacing.

The aroma was solidly grainy with some spicy yeast, again more similar to a Golden or maybe a Blonde. The taste was a bit more Wit-like but still was a bit more spicy than typical and I didn't get any of the traditional orange peel or coriander.

The body was decent, light and smooth with a semi-dry finish. Drinkability was very good, I could easily have a few of these on a summer afternoon.

Overall, a nice little brew, worth trying if you see it.

A: Poured a cloudy yellow color with good carbonation leaving a nice white cap

S: The nose is what really attracted me and surprised me. A nice, light wheat with a balance of coriander, spice, fruit bouquet

T: Very nice and clean witbier with coriander, fresh wheat, light clove and pepper hint with some orange zest zing

M: Light body, tasty, clean and well done. Lots of flavor on the palate and the finish

O: Good, would drink again
