L:
-pours a cloudy golden with no discernible Head
S:
-lemon zest,Coriander seed,herbal,spicy
T:
-lemon zest,malty,sweet,Honey
-Finishes dry
-low-to-medium Bitterniss
F:
-medium carbonation
-light-to-medium body
-alcohol noticeable
O:
A good Attempt at a Belgian Blonde with a fruity Aroma Hop Note.
Compared to a true Tripel it lacks Body and Depth.
I guess this used a Belgian Yeast to impart some of the Spicy Yeast Esters.

De Labirratorium. En copa Grimbergen. Jugando a Spiderman Miles Morales. Más suave que una tripel al uso y con un toque de limón. Agradable aunque tampoco es nada que te vaya a hacer volar la cabeza

Hazy golden color with slightly off-white head. Aroma has yeast esters with floral, grassy notes and some fermented fruits. Taste starts with sweet malt, a bit of honey and continues with floral yeast flavors. Finish has a light but lingering earthy hop bitterness. Light body with medium effervescence. Overall it's a well made, true to style belgian ale but I wouldn't really call it a triple.

Pours a hazy yellow/blond colour. Smells crisp, with citrus and lemon-peel. Tastes like is smells; Fruity, light, citrus, lemon-peel, with great carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing.

Round 2 at the Brewpub, sampled on 23SEP15. A 0.33l bottle cost €5.40.
Poured into a Teku tulip, it was a bright, rich golden, with a touch of cloudiness. Had a fine, thin white head and good lace. Nose was fruity, with lemonpeel being most evident. It felt medium smooth, with a decent body overall.
Tasted dry and crackery, with more lemon evident. Was mildly citrussy overall, with some pear, green apple, and a hint of bubblegum. Finish was rather dry in this somewhat atypical example of a Tripel. Zum Wohl!
