500ml bottle at my home Bar in the Alps. Wow what a find. Pours a chestnut brown slightly Murks. Aroma gave me a Beergasam. Complacated nuts, dark chocolate, and Rock candy. Taste is a rotating mix of sweet milky malt. Coco and slight alcohol finsh. Yum Yum surprise. Great stuff!

Giesinger Bräu "Innovator"
,33L brown glass bottle, "Mindestens haltbar bis ende: 18.02.2018"
4,80€ at the brewery on 20.09.2017
Notes: Hazy mahogany body beneath a short head of yellowed khaki foam that displays good retention and very good lacing. The aroma suggests darkly caramelish malt without any hops and that follows in the flavor. It's darkly caramelish and toasty with just a touch of nuttiness and a very light hint of apple and dark fruits. The alcohol is well hidden. In the mouth it's medium to medium-full in body and gently crisp. The bitterness is median and it finishes mostly dry with a hint of residual caramel malt and mild bitterness lingering.
