A small, new brewpub owned by Hacker-Pschorr. Located close to the famous Oktoberfest Wiesn, they brew their own beers on premises. Prosit!

Went here on Friday, July 24 after our trip to Neuschwanstein castle. There was a wedding party that took up most of the tables, but thankfully there were a handful left. Obviously the noise and the busy street out front brought down the vibe a bit. Theresienwiesn, where they have Oktoberfest, is visible from where you sit in the biergarten. Beers were fresh but the selection was really limited. Service was pretty terrible, they had two people working about 20 tables and the servers were not friendly. English menus available, though. Would not recommend unless you really needed a beverage and food during Oktoberfest.

Went here today on a Friday night. Me and my friend sat at one of the 2 biergartens this place has. It was the smaller one out front. We only went in to use the WC and I can tell you that inside this place is huuuge.

But anyways our service was initially prompt. We got our "Probier-Trio" and a Brotkorb and it was nice, but it took a bit for out waiter to come back so we could pay.

The beer is pretty damn tasty. I had the Weizenbock, Weiss, and Zwickel. They also had 4-5 other choices. All were top-notch. It was a bit expensive for the beer but the Brotkorb was nicely priced..

It is a place I would't mind going back to if I got better service.

Stopped by here on 20SEP10 with daughter Caitlin after a day-trip to Neuschwanstein.

It is located a stones throw from the Oktoberfest Wiesn, and is on the ground floor of a large, modern building. There are a large number of benches and tables in their outside biergarten, with large chestnut trees as well as awnings and umbrellas providing shade. Inside, there are a number of different rooms, with varying themes. We sat in the traditional area with brew-kettles visible. There's also a sports-bar type area, and another with an italian theme. The german area also had large tables, both rectangular and round, with a cavernous ceiling and an upstairs level to the rear. A small bar is centrally located, and the brewing equipment is visible to the rear and left. The atmosphere in general was fair, with an odd mix of pop music, traditional, and weird in the air. The food we had, (Riesen schnitzel) was well sized, but only above average in taste. Service was decent, though our waiter was hard to find come payment time. On tap, they had 3 house-brewed biers, a helles, a hefeweizen, and a zwickl. They were decent, but nothing to write home about.

This place seems to be trying to be too many things, instead of a solid brewpub. Just a one-and-done for me. Prosit!!
