12 fl oz pull-tab CAN:
57.2 IBUs. 7.5% ABV. "Juicy IPA." No canned on/best before date appears on the label...boo!
Yogurty and tangy with a dry third act. Finishes a bit scrapey on the palate, preventing it from feeling refreshing. I don't dig its weak hop profile, but I guess it does vaguely deliver on its tangerine and passionfruit (I'd guess Galaxy was used). Guava? That I don't find.
You've got to bring a lot more to the table to compete in the IPA category in 2020...not a memorable expression of the style but it does hide its ABV well and it drinks easy enough.

Guava. Yogurt. Vague semitropical fruit. Pale malt.
Hop profile isn't great, but it's drinkable for what it is. Not a standout IPA by any stretch.

i have always liked the hoppy beers these guys make, and this is a new and tasty one, not quite as vivid and distinctive as their 13 ipa, but its got a lot going on. new school without all the haze, this is about a tropical fruity dry hop and high drinkability for the style, and they have nailed those aspects. i dont get very much bitterness or alcohol strength to this at all, and enjoy both a nose and taste of such diverse fruits as peach, white grape, tangerine, pineapple, and mango. there must be a nice range of hops in here pretty much all added late kettle and post fermentation, it tastes really fresh, and lives up to its juicy namesake. almost pungent enough to make me think they used one of those hop concentrates, the dust or whatever its being sold as, has that intensity about it. great carbonation, minimal grain interference happening here, a light honey note, and all the fruity hops to finish. beautiful profile on this, long finish, dangerously drinkable for the style, and definitely my favorite of the four beers i had in here when i checked out the brewery for the first time this week. i have always been a fan of the hoppy beers they do, and this one is great! not to be missed. i hope they can this one and get it around a little bit!
