Cheers to 10 Years of Great Beers! 10 Year Anniversary Beer: The Tranquilizor EIS IPA. The legend of the tranquilizor returns. We freeze-distilled this imperial version of our Tranquility IPA and packed it full of an insane amount of West Coast Hops , "EIS" means "Ice" in German, Locally grown Marris Otter Malt provides the base of this EIS IPA as we followed the traditional German technique of freezing the beer to remove water and concentrate the flavour and alcohol inside.

Moon Under Water Brewpub 'The Tranquilizor' Imperial EIS IPA @ 10.0% , originally tasted on*cask* at HOPoxia'14 , now the 10th anniversary beer served from a 473 ml can's
A-pour is light gold from the cask/can to a hazy dark gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a spotty lace along the sampler/tulip
S-dank and very potent upon opening the can
T-big tasting Imperial EIS (Ice) IPA , with a kinda tart big bitter swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-well done , Clay Potter (Co-Owner, Brewmaster & Master Distiller) cheers to 10 years of beers

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
