The brett is almost not there. As much a saison as the Hip as Funk Farmhouse IPA. Tastes like they use the same yeast for this beer as they don for the Farmhouse IPA. 3.25
A - Pours clear with a pale golden color. Nice lacing. 3.75
S - Slight farmhouse funk but no Brett or lactic. 3.25
T - Funk, herbal bitterness, limey but not sour. A little under carbonated. Almost not Bretty. 3.0
MF - Medium light with a dry finish. 3.5
