Moon Under Water Brewpub 'Year 6' @ 11.5% , served on *cask* at GCBF'18 & a 650 ml bottle
A-pour is brown from the *cask*/bottle to a murky brown in the glass with a smallish tan head leaving a streaky lace along the sampler/tulip
S-dry-hopped wheat wine
T-big , somewhat smooth , port & plums
MF-mild carbonation , full bodied
Ov-annual wheat wine made for the Great Canadian Beer Festival & bottled this year , give it a try

Poured from just under fridge temp. Pours a nice brownish orange with quickly dissipating tan head. Nose is port, caramel, grapes, grass, and wheat. Taste is really interesting. Quite a bit like wine. Pleasant grape notes, with port, plums, wheat, grass, and toffee. Mouthfeel is fairly thin and the alcohol isn't dominant. Overall, an interesting take on the style.
