Passionfruit Milkshake IPA.
A homage to the Kelis song "Milkshake".
Appearance - Pours a hazy peach with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, passion fruit, hint of other tropical fruits (pineapple, peach, and apricot), bready and wheaty malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The passion fruit is at the forefront followed by the hint of the other tropical fruits of pineapple. peach, and apricot. The bready, wheaty malts and earthy yeast finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A milkshake IPA that delivers on the passion fruit. A flavourful and sessionable brew.
