Island Grown Hibiscus & Lavender IPA
Farm to can! We're celebrating our relationships with local farmers. We brewed this West Coast IPA to maximize character of our locally grown and malted barley wheat. Made with Canada's first proprietary hop, Sasquatch, and finished with Lavender from Bilston Creek Farm in Metchosin. Featuring Field Five Farm (on the Saanich Peninsula) Marris Otter Malt. Truly, Island Grown

Moon Under Water Brewpub ' Island Grown' Hibiscus Lavender IPA @ 7.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a funky orange/gold from the can to a hazy orange/gold in the glass with a large size white head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-floral
T-fruity & juicy IPA , might be best classified as a NE IPA , even some tartness on the swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-floral IPA
