Did you know we source almost all our malt from Field 5 Farm in Saanichton? It's true! Field Five Farm is located only 20 km away from the brewery - talk about local! Field Five Farm grows specialty grains and they malted this small crop of hull-less (aka naked) barley for the Tasteful Nudity IPA. We combined the hull-less (naked) barley with Mosaic and Amarillo Hops.
These hops give the beer a blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics.
