This beer is made with Canadian two-row barley, 3 specialty malts and Saaz hops.

Our lightest beer, the Moonlight Blonde is hopped using a traditional Pilsner hop — a cross-over between an ale and a lager. This is an American Style wheat beer and contains 10% wheat malt.

Nice crisp blonde from Victoria's newest brewpub. Held up to the light, this is a gold colour with amber highlights. Thin, white head. Brown sugar, light apple scent, crisp hop scent. Floral, citrus scent from the Saaz hops. Very fresh and nice.

Crisp Saaz hop taste, really comes through. Mild, yeasty malts and very light toffee. This has a very delicate, but pleasant flavour. Citrus, grass and toast.

A slight bit overly carbonated, but perhaps letting it breathe for a bit first might help. A great session ale, especially with the low ABV.
