Thought I'd give Moon Under Water "1000K Blonde" a go as it's been brewed for a good cause
A-served cold and poured into a stein a cloudy/hazey pale gold with little head or lacing
S-pleasant bisquity malts and herbal hoppiness
T-just ok , to bitter unfortunetly
MF-weak a bit thin and watery almost no carbonation
Ov-a bit dissapointing, not as good of a beer as I'd hoped , but a great cause
cheers LampertLand

Very close to Moonlight blonde, but closer to an English Pale Ale. Amber colour with a very thin white head. Creamy, bready malts, mild hops. Light hop bitterness, mild malts. Light fruity hints.
Low, but sharp carbonation. Could be a bit smoother. A bit more pale ale in taste and body than a blonde - I remember the brewmaster saying that this was a hybrid of the blonde and the pale ale. Good session beer.
Done to celebrate a 1000K bike fundraiser bike ride.
