Appearance: Clear, gold. Fluffy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Grainy and floral.
Flavor & aftertaste: Grainy, floral, spicy and slightly sweet with a restrained bitterness.
Mouth feel: Medium bodied, drying, crisp.
Overall: Nice surprise. Don't know anything about this brewery. A gift from my sister in TN. It's on the lighter side of medium bodied, if there is such a thing. Floral and spicy noble hops. Dry but has a little bit of sweetness. Barely noticeable bitterness with a nice crisp, clean finish. Nice beer. Enjoyed it and would recommend it.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice ring lace. The scent had hints of biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

On tap at the brewpub.
Looks light an under-carbonated yellow beer and the thin head is soon gone, but it has adequate carbonation.
An attractive yet mild aroma featuring light malts and spicy hops in about equal measure. The flavor is decent but not up wit the attractiveness of the aroma. Near medium body with an inexplicable slight prickly harshness.
