Look: Pours an amber, slightly orange color with a billowing, two finger head of rocky, beige foam that hangs around for a good two minutes or so before finally settling down and leaving moderate amounts of lacing on the glass.
Aroma: Roasted corn, apple strudel and soft, concession stand pretzels.
Taste: Sourdough pretzels. Caramel apples. Pastry frosting. Light noble hop grassy/floral undertones and bitterness. Some bready notes of caramel malt. Very light notes of turkish delight / toasted bar nuts.
Feel: Mid-light body. Moderate carbonation. Dry with a slightly sweet/floral back end finish.
Overall: Very enjoyable. True to form and within the guidelines for such a traditional style of beer.
