What kind of lunatics inoculate a 125 ibu wet hop IPA with mutiples Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus strains, among others, and then age it in a wine barrel for 26 months? Well we did. 40 kilograms of Chinook and Cascade per barrel.

Hi ABV sour. Very complex, unique for sure. Sort of a sour raisin nose. Taste is wine barrel sour cherry pie with some warmth from the 10.5%. Read the description on this one, pretty crazy attempt and it's solid.
