Another courtesy of Cherche. 16oz wide moth can poured into shaker pint. Poured a cloudy medium orange-yellow color with about 1/4 inch of white head that dissipated quickly and very light lacing.
The aroma had a very low malt profile, and was very Simcoe forward. Pretty similar on the tongue, no real grain presence, just a all hops. The body was very thin for an IPA, it passed over the palate without making a real impression. The hop flavor did linger at the back for a few moments after each sip.
Drinkability was OK, the beer never really grabbed my attention, and o was a bit hard to pay attention to. Overall, a solid enough IPA, but one and it probably is for me.
