From their facebook page:
"Wet Hopped Amarillo / Centennial IPA AKA Westcoaster WET. It comes in a 7.1% ABV & 70 extremely fresh IBUs."
Pours hazy yellow orange with a crazy silky white head that takes forever to die down, almost to the point of being dinged in scoring.
Aroma is peaches, a little pineapple and wood, and some apple and pepper. Pretty involved, and it seems to work.
Flavor is a bit subdued but is very smooth. Pineapple/tropical fruits, a bit of granny smith apple, bitterness, pine, and a splash of pepper.
Body is medium and kind of sweet. Drinkable.
