Almost black, still foam, brown and compact.
Smell of burnt wood, charcoal, smoked and rosted. Chicory. Unripe nut. Maybe some figs?
The taste is bitter at the first sip, herbal and with liquorice. Then it is a more sweet roasted, with chocolate and vanilla. Transient notes of rhubarb.
Scarce body, winey aftertaste (some winey notes are still present in the taste). Burnt malt, and bitter liquorice. Not harmonic in the aftertaste.
