The beer after its disinterment from the 12-ounce brown bottle resides in the glass the archetypal pilsner gold color with a smallish bright white and frothy head, after its demise the lace forms a thin screen to conceal the glass. Nose is the quintessential sweet malt, crisp and clean with the start somewhat sweet, the grain profile light and the top thin. Finish has a moderate acidity and the hops standard for the style, dry lingering aftertaste, drinkable but nothing to shout about.

Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is grainy, malty and sweet. A light bodied pilsner. Malts are mild and kind of grainy and sweet. Hops are very slightly spicy. Typical pilsner, not a lot of flavor but lively carbonation. OK for a pilsner. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is grainy and slightly bitter.

This pilsner poured clear bright straw colored with a fair head for the style and left a nice lace. The maltiness jumps into your nose. No hops noticable in the aroma. The taste is well balanced with malt sweetness and a hops bite that lingers on the tongue. The first couple sips seemed to leave a slick film in my mouth, but that sensation did not last long. Now the beer has a moderate mouthfeel. Quite a good drinking beer. Makes me wan to go out in the garage and make a batch of pils right now.

Pours a good white head that leaves some lace. Pale yellow color. Nose is a malty - hop mix the brewer says this "has a full, round malty flavor that is balanced by a middle of the range hopping level" but this pilsner starts on the hoppy side and finishes that way. Goes good with triscuits & cheese.

Dark blonde hue with a slight haze. Head quickly recedes into a spotty rim that manages sparse lace. Soft, grainy, lightly doughy malt with a grassy Saaz hop tinge in aroma. Initial waft of sulfur dissapates as the beer breathes. Trace vegetal DMS. Prosaic aromawise. Clean, bready sweetness upfront in flavor yields to briefly assertive, but quickly diminishing hop bitterness. Maltose like pilsner malt sweetness reemerges mid palate balanced well with non descript hop bitterness. Subdued grassy, chlorophyll laced hop flavor with a spicy edge. Lightly bodied, with a slick, passably dextrinous mouthfeel. Finishes savory and well attenuated, with dryish notes of salted cracker and herbal hops. A decent pilsner with no outstanding attributes. Quaffable and balanced. Very reminescent of Spaten Pils in malt character, with a Bohemian hop profile.

Poured a yellow color with some orange tint in there head was pretty light though.Smell was a little irony with some malty sweetness.Taste was a little bitter, like an orange rind took a few sips to get used to,pretty thin mouthfeel to it.Drinkable once u get used to the first bitter shock, pretty average beer.
