Clear dark orangey amber with long=lasting foam in the Belle Gueule tulip. Creamy mouthfeel. It's actually a very light body with the alcohol showing through on the tongue. Fragrant with Bourbon. Pleasantly sweet buy also tangy. A touch of burnt sugar and long roasted malt flavor.
Less rich than many of these boozy concoctions, but this is more elegant. Overall a complex and highly sippable barrel aged brew. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Expérience Bière in Montréal.

On tap at the source.
Deep reddish brown with an off white head that won't quit. Big whiskey and sweet caramel fruitiness. Smooth clean alcohol presence.
