Capped: Deep veiled golden color with decent activity. Thick foamy and frothy 4 finger head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with generous legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of pineapples, orange, butter, sweet barley, peppercorn, and herbal hops (vic secret-chinook-mosaic). Slick and smooth medium body with prickly carbonation. Strong strength bitter finish, piney and leafy while highly fruity and tropical. Also citrusy with lots of yeast and spices. Fine texture, decent freshness, and good balance. Overall very good quality craft.
