Densely hazy, a bit cloudy, dark straw color with moderate activity. Slightly foamy and creamy white 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with soft legs and low swirl reaction. Flavors of coriander, sweet grains dominant wheat, lemon, Belgian yeast, and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with light prickly carbonation and a moderate crisp. Light strength finish, light spices but more flowery with a cereal and salty feel. A hint of mushrooms in the smell. It's salivating and quite refreshing. Overall high quality craft.

Hazy deep straw in color with a bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Spicy earthy sweet bread maltiness. Not bad for a witbier.
