L- Quite dark amber, clear, 1Cm fine white head which holds very well.
S- It's subtle but there is something here a little zesty.
T- ... which will likely be from the hops. They're not OTT and build nicely to a balanced finish and some fruity richness. With just some veeeery subtle (as they should be) hints of tropical fruits from the hops.
F- 'Triple hop' on the lable can strike a fear for my taste buds into me these days, but this is not designed as a fashionably undrinkable hop-hammer. It's certainly dry, but it's balanced and done in an intelligent and mature way.
O- This is a very nice brew. It might perhaps fit even better in hot summer months than cold winter ones [now] but if I wanted this style of beer this is one I'd buy again. AND no mini cans covered in cartoons/aliens etc - refreshing.
330ml £1.40, Co-Op London W2 BBE Oct-19.
p.s. After posting^ I've now read the previous reviews below and read the lable. Yes this lists glucose syrup in the ingredients. Surprising as it didn't come through to be, disappointing? I can't say that since I didn't register it at all....

From the 11.2 oz bottle in a snifter. This nice little apa pours a
nice luminous re tinged amber with a nice head of off white foam
that settles to a thick beaded ring with subtle lacing. Nose of lightly
spicy and grassy hops with touches of pepper and caramel malts.
Flavors follow the nose with a caramel malt backbone against
grassy and lightly spicy herbal hop flavors with some peppery
notes that mingle with grain notes. Nice mouth feel; medium
light body, medium light carbonation, and a lightly sweet
and moderately spicy hop finish.
Nothing to hate really, good for the style.
Also a big thanks to Keith from across the pond for
smuggling this one into the States!
Cheers

Bottle found in the Co-Op. Clear amber. Light frothy and lasting head.
Sweet slightly caramel smell. Not much hop. Some pepper.
A rather artificial caramel like flavour. A bit of stewed hop bitterness to finish.
Light in body.
Not particularly nice.
