Introducing Blonde Tom... the latest addition to the Old Tom family. As our first Robinsons beer to ever be brewed with Belgian yeast, Blonde Tom ushers in a new 'golden age'.
A Belgian style blonde ale that gives one of the world's most awarded beers (and arguably the world's first craft beer) - Old Tom - a run for its money with a fresh recipe that combines Belgian yeast, and quintessentially English hops alongside European varieties for a fruity taste with a spicy clove tang. Light and refreshing with a floral and herbal background, subtle aromas of banana and vanilla, and a smooth easy drinking malt character.
Incurably optimistic, Blonde Tom is best served with lots of friends and making plans.
