Bought from the new Co-op on Westbourne Grove, W2. BBE Oct-2019. 500ml bottle, £1.40
L- Very deep gold, clear, 1cm white head holding quite well.
S- Light but rather indistinct perhaps because I've just had a deeply pungent beer beforehand.
T- As a result of ^ I was wondering if I was entirely wasting my time switching to this 4.0% but I'm enjoying it a lot more than anticipated. I'm not sure where the style sits vs older genres, something like a trad English bitter... with some modern hops added.
F- A surprising thing to me is how it's produced quite a rounded satisfying beer off 'just 4.0%'. I reckon this is sessionable.
O- Better than expected, Would I buy it again yes as the price is good too for something above a generic canned euro-lager.
p.s. surprisingly for a decent tasting brew it lists glucose syrup and CO2 in it's ingredients.

Bottled with nice brown glass and traditional Co
Op square logo cap
Pours a golden syrup coloured body with decent enough white head
Aroma is malted barley and bran
There’s actually some small flavour here
Malt cereal and citrus hop oil
Okay body
