A dark mysterious, ebony coloured stout with beautiful roasted malts that give rise to delicious coffee and chocolate aromas, a well balanced bittersweet flavour and smooth creamy finish.

Tastes artificial, not terrible but not great.

Intensely sweet - cakey on the nose, then toffee and dark chocolate on the tongue. Hints of coffee and chocolate orange on the finish. Slightly artificially sweet tasting, but very smooth.

Bottle in black glass and purchased from Co-Op in Timperley today
Pours a jet black body with splatterings of tan head
Aroma is biscotti, burnt sugar caramel
Flavour is biscotti spread on burned toast but is so painfully thin that it does not get it to the ‘Stout’ category, and leaves it horribly watery

It's very good. Roasted bean charcoal is prominent
